Why Homeopathy?

I also love to work with women and babies before, during, and after pregnancy to optimise wellbeing and support you through this very intense time in your life.
Working With Me:
My approach is all about a process of discovery and recovery, aiming to leave you feeling better in yourself, more confident, and in control of your health and wellbeing. I also want to support you to SHINE – to live life to the fullest and feel absolutely free to be YOU. This applies whether you are 18 months or 80, building health and wellbeing one remedy at a time!
On a practical level consultations are in depth and will cover your history and life experiences. For children I observe them at play either in my child friendly clinic space or via our zoom call.

Many people come to me because they want someone who will take time to listen, see the bigger picture, and work with them to get to the root of what’s going on. With eighteen years of experience in practice, I bring both depth of knowledge and a genuine commitment to care.
The practical bit:
When we first start working together, I like to offer a package of support that gives us plenty of time and space to work together over the first few months. This helps you feel fully held and supported as we begin your homeopathic journey.
Your package includes:
- Thorough preparation for your first appointment, so we can make the most of our time together.
- A 1.5 hour initial consultation with in-depth case-taking, analysis and your first prescription. Also includes the following:
- Family Support Plan – for parents who would like support for their children around neurodiversity and related issues, creating a joined-up approach for long term health and wellbeing.
- Or an in-depth care plan where longer term support is required for any individual.
- Two one-hour follow-up appointments, usually spaced around six weeks apart, to check in on your progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Remedies included as prescribed with full instructions (some remedies may occasionally need to be ordered directly from a pharmacy by the client).
- Ongoing support for acute illnesses during your first 4 months, plus access to me for acute support for the following 12 months (remedies for acute situations supplied at additional cost).

Following on from here…
- After completing the initial package, we will look at any ongoing care needs, proceeding at a gentler pace to sustain your progress and continue support as required.
*For international clients remedies will be costed & invoiced to you by availability & postage costs separately).
